Young Adults

There are fewer opportunities in everyday life for children and young adults to exercise or learn a new skill safely.

I am currently working with a growing number of parents who want their kids to be able to lead an active, healthy life and get into good habits.

For some children or young adults, training can supplement sports at school – which is especially useful when scholarships are involved.

For others, boxing training are an enjoyable and rewarding way to develop focus, discipline and self confidence. These are benefits that extend way beyond simply keeping fit.

When you grow up with the knowledge of how to use and improve your own body, the benefits stay with you for your entire lifetime, becoming more valuable the older you get. Staying fit and healthy simply becomes a part of life!

Although up to the age 16 certain types of training, including training with weights, are not recommended as it can place too much strain on a developing body, training can start from almost any age.

I offer training to youngsters who want to start taking responstability for themselves and also educate them if training for sports specific to stay injury free. Training and exercising also build confidence in young adults Jon offers sessions on individual bases or in groups.
