Getting Started
As new clients quickly discover, Jon Bailey is not one for standing around talking. He much prefers to be getting on with the job of helping his clients achieve their goals.
However, before any activity takes place Jon takes time to make a full assessment, which covers medical history; physical measurements including weight, body fat, muscle strength, muscle imbalances, stability, posture and flexibility; diet; water consumption; lifestyle; and activity levels past and present.
He will also discuss ‘SMART’ goals, which are:
Specific – goals that are exact, definite and precise - to avoid any confusion
Measurable – to keep track of performance improvement, week by week, month by month
Agreed – both parties need to be singing from the same hymn sheet!
Realistic – goals have to be achievable.
Timeframe - short, medium and long term goals are set
Once the assessment is complete and the goals discussed and agreed, the talking is over and it’s time to begin!
