The unfit and over weight: Jon has considerable experience helping clients to lose weight quickly and safely. Furthermore, he can advise on how to keep the weight off and achieve better muscle tone. The result is a leaner, fitter, stronger and more toned body, which equates to greater self confidence and self esteem.
The injured and aching: Jon is highly experienced in helping people who’ve been injured at work, in the home or playing sport to get back to leading a full and active life. He is used to working alongside professionals such as physiotherapists and osteopaths to devise programmes which can either rest damaged muscles whilst keeping the rest of the body fit, or help strengthen and mobilise the site of the injury concerned.
GP Referrals: As holder of the Wright Foundation GP Referral Level 3 Award, Jon Bailey devises exercise and healthy lifestyle programmes for patients suffering from a range of conditions including high blood pressure, obesity stress, and back problems.
